Terms & Conditions Questions

Your account enters a 30-day hold period. Any pending payouts process during this window. After 30 days, your account is archived and cannot be reopened. Remaining balance is forfeited per Section 5 of these Terms.

Yes, we can update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect. Continued play after the notice period means you accept the new Terms.

Bonuses are for individual use only. Sharing accounts, using bots or exploiting system errors violates these Terms. We reserve the right to void bonuses and close accounts if abuse is detected. See Bonus Terms for full details.

If a QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay transaction doesn't match your account, open a dispute in Settings within 7 days. We investigate and respond with evidence. Your payment method's own dispute process also applies independently.

You're responsible for keeping your password and two-factor code secure. If someone accesses your account without permission, report it immediately to support. We'll investigate and may reverse unauthorized transactions if reported within 24 hours.

No. One account per person. Multiple accounts violate Section 3 of these Terms and will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts are forfeited. We use device and payment data to detect duplicates.
